We don't have an inbound Customer Support phone number but we'd be happy to schedule an outbound call with you.  Contact us to let us know your phone number and what you'd like to discuss and we'll work with you to find a convenient time to talk.

    If you've sent us an email at support@scratchwireless.com or submited a web request you can expect a response from us during our business hours which are 9am to 9pm 7 days a week.
