How many Scratch accounts can I have?
You can create an account for each phone you purchase. There’s currently no limit to the number of phones you can purchase.

Why do I need a password for my account?
You need a password to secure your Scratch account because you’ll use it to make purchases (such as phones and voice and data passes).

How do I reset my password?
You can edit your password by logging into your Scratch account online. Click Settings on the left side of the page and Change Password under Owner Information.

What are the password requirements?
Your password must be at least eight characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter (A−Z) and one number (0−9).
 
What personal information will you need?
We’ll just need your name, shipping address, and billing address if different from shipping address. We’ll also need a credit card along with a valid email address.

Why do you need my email address?
We’re using your email address as a unique identifier for your Scratch account, so you’ll sign into your account using your email address along with a password of your choosing. We’ll also email you an order confirmation along with a receipt upon purchase of a phone, a shipping confirmation upon shipping—and finally, once you have your phone and start using it, Scratch Wireless will email you new voice mail notifications.
 
Can I have more than one credit card per account?
At the moment, there’s only space for one valid credit card. But you can easily change the credit card on file directly from your phone by going to the Scratch app, Settings, and Add credit card, where you’ll be prompted to log into your Scratch account. Once there, you’ll be able to change the card on file.
 
What if my billing address is different from my shipping address?
No problem. The Scratch Wireless site is designed to accommodate both addresses. You’ll be able to specify where you’d like the phone shipped in the Shipping Address field. You also have the option to mark a new purchase as a gift. This lets you send a Scratch phone directly to a loved one and also allows them to create their own Scratch account during the phone activation process.
 
How do I change my personal information? (address, email address)
You can change your personal information by logging into your Scratch account online. Click on Settings Edit under Owner Information.
 
How do I change my billing information? (credit card, billing address)
You can change your billing information by logging into your Scratch account online. Click on Settings Edit under Payment Method.
