How will my phone ship?  
All orders will be shipped via FedEx or USPS, depending on the method you select at checkout. FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes so please select the USPS option if you are shipping to a PO Box.
 
Will I get a tracking number?
A tracking number will be emailed when your order is shipped.
 
How do I track my shipment?
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to track your package on Fedex.com or usps.com
 
When will my phone arrive?
You’ll receive your purchase based on the shipping method selected. Please note the three FedEx shipping methods available.
 
•2-5 day shipping $12
•2-Day $18
•Overnight $29 (No Saturday delivery)
 
*Please note that if you chose overnight delivery on a Friday the phone(s) will be delivered on the following business day.  At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
 
What if I want to cancel an order after it has shipped?
Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel it; however, Scratch Wireless will accept products for refund within 30 days of the original delivery date (the time our shipping carrier states your package arrived). Please ensure that you are still within the 30-day period before you request a refund. Please click here to learn more about our return policy.
