I get an error when I try to purchase a pass

If you’re receiving an error when trying to purchase a pass, it’s likely because the credit card information we have on file doesn’t match your billing information.

To fix this, simply go into the Scratch Wireless app on your phone and select Settings > Edit credit card. Now just change your credit card information as needed.

If editing your credit card information in the app doesn’t fix the issue, you’ll need to edit it using your account on www.scratchwireless.com.
