Lost, stolen or damaged


Lost, stolen, or damaged devices are not covered under warranty. If your phone has been stolen or damaged (accidental or not), you can purchase a replacement phone by clicking here.

In the event your phone is lost or stolen, please contact Scratch Support immediately so we can deactivate your phone and prevent anyone else from using it. If you recover your phone, you can let us know and we’ll reactivate it for you.

If you decide to purchase a replacement phone, be sure to select “Replacing existing device” during the activation process to ensure a seamless transition from your old device to your new one.

    Please deactivate my son phone number 617-401-0978. My sone phone has been lost in Carthage MO, and it is impossible to get it back.

    However, can you please transfer his number to my old phone scratch wireless? My old phone has been lost but now it found.

    I would like to add additional information, My current wireless phone number is 617-401-0779 and I want to keep this number as it is. Except, I just need your help to transfer my son phone number 617-401-0978 to my old lost phone. Thank you again
