Lost, stolen, or damaged devices are not covered under warranty. If your phone has been stolen or damaged (accidental or not), you can purchase a replacement phone by clicking here.
In the event your phone is lost or stolen, please contact Scratch Support immediately so we can deactivate your phone and prevent anyone else from using it. If you recover your phone, you can let us know and we’ll reactivate it for you.
If you decide to purchase a replacement phone, be sure to select “Replacing existing device” during the activation process to ensure a seamless transition from your old device to your new one.
