Wi-Fi Connection Issues

If you are experiencing connection problems, you should attempt to remove and reconnect to the network:

1.  Touch Image

2.  Touch Settings

3.  Touch Wi-Fi

4.  Touch the "network name"

5.  Touch Forget

6.  Attempt to reconnect to the network

If this hasn't fixed your problem the connection issue may be with the modem or router you are attempting to connect to.

Try restarting your wireless router by unplugging it from the power outlet for about 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.

If this hasn't fixed your problem make sure your phone software is up-to-date.

Software updates come out periodically and may contain performance enhancements for the device.

To check if you have the latest software:

1. Touch Image

2. Touch Settings

3. Touch About phone

4. Touch System Updates

You device will check if any updates are available. If an update is available follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
