Can I use the phone in Canada?

Follow

Yes, Scratch Wireless service works anywhere there’s Wi-Fi. So you can call and text U.S. phone numbers from anywhere in the world for free as long as you’re connected to Wi-Fi. Our cellular passes use the Sprint Nationwide Network, so cellular service is only available in the U.S. at this time.

We don’t yet offer calling to non-U.S. numbers. We plan to support this in the future, but in the meantime there are plenty of apps in the Google Play store that can be used for international calling (like RingCredible and Google Voice).
