Unable to make a call

On November 16, 2015 we implemented a new pricing plan.  A pass is now required to make all calls (on Wi-Fi or the cellular network).   To make an outbound call you'll need to purchase a voice pass.

Data and texting over Wi-Fi is free and unlimited.

A pass is required to make calls over Wi-Fi or the cellular network. A 30-day unlimited voice pass costs $9.99.

Texting over the cellular network uses data which requires a data pass. There are three pass pass options for using data over the cellular network.

Data Passes (Cellular only - includes text messaging)
200MB Month Pass: $7.99
500MB Month Pass: $14.99
1GB Month Pass: $24.99

Voice Passes (Wi-Fi and Cellular)
Unlimited Month Pass: $9.99

If you choose to purchase a voice and a data pass here's an example of what your monthly passes expense might look like: $9.99 + $7.99 = $17.98 + applicable taxes.

All passes work independently of each other and there is no obligation to make a purchase. All of our passes are still pay-as-you-go.

Data passes expire after the allotted time period or when the MBs are gone, whichever happens first.

Voice passes expire 30-days after the purchase date.

    So if I understand correctly, when exclusively making wifi phone calls, it is no longer free as a restriction has been put in place which costs the customes $9.99 per month or $119.88 per year? If one does not pay the fee then their phone will not be able to make ANY wifi phone calls.

    Yes, a voice pass is required to make calls on Wi-Fi and the cellular network. There is no obligation to make a purchase. All of our passes are still pay-as-you-go.

    I am trying to add a voice pass to my account for my Coolpad Arise but when I log into my account it shows a cell phone with a broken screen and states OOPS something went wrong. I also can't seem to turn on my phone now.
