Can unanswered calls be forwarded to a Google number?

Thank You,

Hello Marcus,

You can set your phone up to use Google Voice as the voice mail service.

The instructions for setting up Google Voice for voicemail for those on the Sprint Network are to dial: *28-xxx-xxx-xxxx. The x's being the Google number you want to forward voicemail to. When I do that I get this message:

Your call cannot be completed.
Please try again.
Call time: 0:00
Incorrect user name or password

I tried this numerous times with the same results. Is there something else I should be dialing?

Thank You for Your Help,
Marcus

Hello Marcus,

I am sorry for the information I provided earlier. You can not currently forward your Scratch phone to Google Voice but you can forward Google Voice to your Scratch phone.

We hope to add this feature in the near future.

You could still see that what number attempted you call you at your Scratch number or google voice number, even if unanswered/not picked up, correct?

You can setup your Google Voice account to show you the callers number or to show your Google Voice number on your caller ID. If you set it up to show your Google Voice number, you will know when someone uses your Google number to reach you. Your call history will show accordingly.
