24 Hour Data Pass expires early?

Why did my pass expire early? I purchased a 24 hour data pass to test today 6/10/14. I purchased it online at 3:37 pm. Used it at a different location and when I got home after 7 pm I checked the website to see how much I used. I had only used 6 out of 25MB. It showed 6/25. I switched back to using Wi-Fi on my phone. Later after 8 pm the website said my pass had expired?

According to an email on my phone it was not to expire until 3:37 pm on 6/11?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. We are showing that you still have an active voice pass with 22 minutes left and that it doesn't expire until later today.

Please check your phone and see if it reflects this.

I did a data pass on 6/10 and what you are seeing is the voice pass I am currently using. It seems to give me the proper time duration. I guess I'll test the data pass again?

Also, How do I get a pin number for my phone? When I did the voice pass I was away from Wi-Fi and my phone asked for a pin number to get a pass? I ended up going back to my computer and got the pass on the internet instead. Thinking ahead to when I can't use the internet?

Hello,

I double checked and I do see a used data pass. It shows that you used your full data though. Some times we don't realize how fast data can be used and it happens quicker then we would like. I would like to discuss this further with you so if you could click the submit a request button at the top of this page and we can continue the conversation there.

OK thanks. That makes more sense. It got used up!

So how do I get a pin number so I can get a pass when I'm away from Wi-Fi?

If you would like a custom PIN you can log into your account at scratchwireless.com and select configured device and then change PIN. If you just want to use the default PIN it should be 1234.
