Anyone heard anything about the changes?

It is almost the 16th, and I was just wondering if anyone has received anything about what we are supposed to do if we want to accept a new number. The email said that if we don't accept a new phone number, our accounts will be closed. But they haven't sent anything to tell us how we go about accepting a new number, so I don't know if they will send something over our phones or what?

I almost have a sneaky suspicion that after the 16th, Scratch Wireless may not even exist, based on the lack of communication and the fact that the only thing they have changed on their website is the first page saying that "texting is free".

What is going on, Scratch?

It's the sixteenth. I ported out my numbers but haven't gotten any communication from Scratch asking if I want new numbers for my phones.

The Scratch.app on my phone has just updated to reflect the new fees at 11.00 am. Prior to 11.00 am it was showing the old pass prices.

The communication on this certainly could have been better but the original email did state we needed to contact Scratch Wireless by sending a support ticket if we wanted to get a new number assigned. At this point anyone that was not in a geographically supported area and didn't port out their number has probably lost it.

Nicholas, send a support ticket to Scratch letting them know you want a new number assigned to your phone and they'll take care of it.
