I haven't seen any Scratch Wireless employees answer questions here in a while. Send them a support ticket. You're likely to get a much quicker response and you're more likely to find a solution. Maybe once you figure it out you can report here for others that might experience the same issue.
Phone doesn't recognize my active pass when not connected to wifi.
If my wifi is turned off the Coolpad Arise says "TEXTING ONLY. No Wifi available and no active passes." (orange indicator). Yet my Voice data on the phone indicates that I have "100/100 min" that expires on 12/9/15. I also see a message for a short duration that says "Retrieving active voice data failed . . .".
If I connect to wireless again then it retrieves the active pass data from Scratch Wireless and the phone works again (blue indicator) - but only as long as there is an active wifi connection. Once I am off wifi my active pass information appears to disappear.
How do I fix this?
